A beautiful, reverent setting of the words of Jesus
when He was asked, “Teach us to pray.” The music includes the entire
prayer, with “For Thine is the kingdom…” and a sixfold Amen. It is a very
moving setting which builds to a wonderful climax with cascades of
downward-broken chords. It lacks the many accidentals of the somewhat similar
setting by Albert Hay Malotte, so it is suitable for either lever or pedal
harp.
The sheet music includes words, melody, chords, and
arrangement for the harp. It is 8½" x 11", 4 pages, and printed
in black on ivory paper. Level: mid to upper intermediate; in the key of C
